LEADERSHIP BLOCK COURSE OVERVIEW

 Leadership has been defined as “liberating people to do what is required of them in the most effective and humane way possible” (Max DePree, Leadership is an Art”) This four day block course will help you to gain a better understanding of the important place of leadership within the local Church setting.

It will cover topics such as:

•Leadership … a comprehensive overview

•The inner life of the leader

•Effective organizational structures

•Leadership development

•Effectively managing change within your church

•Level: Course is at Level 5 and can be undertaken towards an Alphacrucis Level 5 Qualification or for personal interest (non-award with no assignments).
