You must ensure that you inform us of any changes to your email contact information as this is how we will communicate changes to the passwords which will happen every few months. Please be aware of this requirement, as we will not follow up any returned emails.

I understand that the application for the remote access of the eJournals (EBSCO and ProQuest) subscribed to by Southern Cross College are a privilege I am eligible to partake in as a student at Southern Cross College. By completing this form I understand that I will not in any way utilise this privilege in an inappropriate way, such as (but not limited to):

• Give out details of the subscription (such as username and passwords) to people who have not applied for this privilege.
• Publicly advertise details of subscription on websites or via email.
• Make use of the subscription other than to study with Southern Cross College.
