How to Submit An Application

The following information is relevant for all applicants(including International Students).

Domestic Students

Before sending in your application, please make sure you have included all paperwork (refer to checklist below) and are eligible for the award. Send completed applications to:

Application Checklist

Domestic Applicants:

  • Application Form completed and signed
  • Certified copies of your Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Certified copies of New Zealand Residency papers (if required)li>
  • Certified copies of any relevant Academic Transcripts
  • Two passport style photos
  • $100 Application Fee (and any late fees if required)
  • IELTS test results (if required)

International Applicants:

  • Application Form completed and signed
  • Certified copies of your Passport
  • Certified copies of any relevant Academic Transcripts
  • Two passport style photos
  • $200 Application Fee (and any late fees if required)
  • IELTS test results (if required)

Additional Information

Certified copies must be signed by a Justice of the Peace or public notary, stating that the copy is true to the original.

All supporting documentation must be included with the application.

Any application fees, if required, can be paid by cash (only in person), cheque, credit card, EFTPOS, direct debit or by Telegraphic Transfer. You will also need to submit a Payment Method Form with any fees paid.

Some courses have further entry requirements. Check your course’s entry requirements and make sure that you have fulfilled them before filling out your application. Please refer to the Course Entry Requirements page for further information on this.

Requests for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Requests for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) should be submitted with the Application. Students who have successfully completed relevant accredited study or courses at recognised tertiary institutions may apply for a transfer of credit. An official transcript detailing studies undertaken must be submitted to the College Registrar. A fee applies for transfer of credit and RPL.

Moodle is our eLearning (internet-based) platform for learning resources, and assignments. All students need regular access to the internet in order to access Moodle.
